Course Introduction
This exciting new course follows progression from the Level 4 HNC in International Tourism Management and delves deeper into the dynamic and exciting world of travel and tourism.
You will learn about operational practice as well as the strategic development of the UK, European and international travel and tourism industries.
This course is currently subject to validation with a first intake planned for September 2024.
The course is intended for those applicants who have already obtained (or expect to achieve) a full Level 4 in this subject. Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in International Travel and Tourism Management
Applicants should possess (or expect to achieve) a HNC in International Travel and Tourism Management or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
Assignments include; reports, essays, individual and group presentations, discussions, academic posters, displays, leaflets, recorded interviews/role plays, reflective journals and work-based projects.
Upon successful achievement of this Level 5 HND, you could go into employment or progress onto a wide range of top-up degree courses, such as a BA (Hons) or to further professional study. #
