Course Introduction

This course offers a fun introduction into textiles with 6 sessions designed to help inspire and excite you in the world of textiles.

This 6 week course is intended to be relaxed, friendly and fun so you can learn many new textile crafts and skills, inspired by Spring themes, imagery and colours.

This course is perfect for someone who is a beginner and has an interest in learning new textile skills or for someone who would like to refresh their textile skills.

You will learn:

  • How to use a domestic sewing machine
  • How to use a free hand Bernina sewing machine
  • Applique
  • Patchwork
  • Quilting
  • Making a product

Spring Crafts is part of our Seasonal Craft Pathway which also includes; Christmas Crafts, Summer Crafts and Easter Crafts. Our other pathways include Knit, Textiles, Crafts for Wellbeing, Sewing and more!
